Please join me for my annual Jenkins Law lecture about building start-ups in the “well care” space!

Looking forward to giving a CLE for Jenkins Law Library on February 25, 2026 on the topic of building a start-up in the digital health space with a focus on preventative care.  The class will discuss the basic legal choices and compliance issues that founders and investors need to contend with, as well as contractual tips for creating and preserving IP, strategies regarding required or desired FDA regulation, and related law, tax and corporate structure choices.
